RoTwee is Twitter client using WPF.
Important point is not functionality but that message is "rotated".
.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is needed for RoTwee from 1.x.x.x to 10.x.x.x.
.NET Framework 4.0 is needed for RoTwee from 11.x.x.x
This program is powerd by
OAuthLib to implement OAuth support.
From version 3.0.0.0, RoTwee supports English and Japanese as language used in GUI.
From version 6.0.0.0, not only rotating, you can tweet tune playing in iTunes.
